Return Window
You have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in its original, sealed packaging
Not have been opened or tampered with
Be accompanied by your proof of purchase (order number)

We do not accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or whose packaging has been damaged due to misuse.

Accepted Reasons for Refund

Item received damaged or defective
Wrong item delivered
Order not delivered within the stated timeframe
Documented adverse reaction to the product


How to Request a Return

Provide your order number and reason for the request
Attach photos of the product if it is damaged or incorrect
Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions


Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

Your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days
The amount will be returned via the same payment method used at checkout
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued


Return Shipping Costs

If the error was ours (wrong item, defective, or damaged): return shipping is on us.
If the return is due to change of mind: return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.


Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please request a refund and place a new order.

Non-Eligible Items

Opened or unsealed products
Items purchased during flash sales or clearance events (unless defective)
Requests made after the 30-day return window
