All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

We currently ship worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@greennvalley.com and we will do our best to assist you.

  3. Include your order number and photos in your message

We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.


10. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Greenn Valley is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
